My name is Vivien Ayers, and I am journalism and sustainability studies student at the University of Texas at Austin. During my time at UT, I have explored reporting on a variety of issues, from transportation to climate issues to politics in the Austin-metropolitan area. I've worked with The Daily Texan, the official campus newspaper, and the Austin-American Statesman. Writing for both publications has taught me a lot about myself, including my determination and tenacity for following a story.
